Athletic Therapy

Initial assessment: $75 + GST
Assessment, Treatment, Home Program
Approximately 1.5 hours

Treatment: $55 + GST
Approximately 1 hour
$200 for 4 pre paid sessions (not including assessment)

Personal Training

Initial Consult: $62.50

Intake Forms, Measurements, Flexibility Testing
($50 for a Home Program (1 month) if you do not continue on with training sessions)

Pricing:

1 on 1:

1 Session  $62.50 + GST/session

12 Session Package: $630 + GST ($52.50/session)

24 Session Package: $1,140.00 + GST ($47.50/session)

Partner

1 Sessions $90 + GST/Session

12 Session Package: $900 + GST  ($75 + GST/Session)

24 Session Package $1560 + GST ($65 + GST/Session)

• Packages (Athletic therapy and Personal Training) must be prepaid to receive the discount, and there are no refunds for packaged services
• Payment can be made by cash or cheque at each appointment.
